Total amount < CHF 2500 (ex. VAT): CHF 15.00 Total amount > CHF 2500 (ex. VAT): free shipping

When can I expect my order?
Shipping with Swiss Post. Delivery of parcels within the regular delivery time.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

How can I be sure that my order has been processed?
After your order has been processed, you will receive our order confirmation by e-mail. You can see the expected delivery dates on it.

I want to cancel or change my order , what should I do?
Changes or cancellations of orders must be made immediately upon receipt (and your verification) of the order confirmation. In this case, please contact our sales office at 034 428 11 11 or your personal contact (listed on the order confirmation). Personalized items (embroidery) cannot be canceled or exchanged. Non-personalized items can be returned to us in the original packaging and in unused condition.
